Build a Solar Powered Charger for $4

I found this project over at lifehacker. It's basically a small 2 cell solar panel, which may help you understand how solar power works. This one might be able to charge a battery with over a full day's worth of sun.

According to a user(JoshuaZimmerman) at Instructables
"You'll need 15-20 hours of peak power to charge 2 AA fully"
